Corporate Partner/Lawyer for our Corporate/Commercial Practice Group
Candidates must have been admitted to practice in Singapore and should have at least 3 to 5 years’ PQE, with experience in corporate commercial work including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and basic banking work. Those with more than 5 years’ PQE and with proven track record will be considered for Salaried Partner position.
Successful candidates will be exposed to work ranging from corporate advisory and regulatory matters, to mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital investment work. Successful candidates should be keen to develop deep knowledge and transactional experience relating to our clients’ business and industries.
