Experience
Arthur served his pupilage in Alban Tay Mahtani & de Silva LLP and joined as a legal associate in 2007. He has been involved in various aspects of intellectual property practice including intellectual property litigation, patents, trade marks, trade marks prosecution and copyright licensing.
Notable projects and clients
Arthur’s experience includes contentious and non-contentious work. He is currently involved in complex patent litigation and other contentious IP related cases.
Arthur has also assisted in the following matters:
- anti-piracy and enforcement work
- trade mark oppositions
- IP licensing
Professional background
Arthur graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) (Hons) Second Class (Upper Division) in 2006. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Singapore as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2007.
Arthur also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) First Class Honours with a minor in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.
