Experience
Joyce served her pupillage in Alban Tay Mahtani & de Silva
LLP and joined as a legal associate in 2005. She has been involved
in various aspects of intellectual property practice, in particular,
intellectual property litigation, anti-piracy, trade marks
and passing-off.

- Conducted both civil and criminal proceedings against
intellectual property rights infringers
- Engaged in anti-piracy work in Singapore and in the region
- Assisted in various litigation matters involving intellectual
property rights issues
- Engaged in trademark filing, opposition, invalidation,

Professional background
Joyce graduated from the National University of Singapore
with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB(Hons)) degree in 2004. She was
admitted to the Supreme Court of Singapore as an Advocate
and Solicitor in 2005.
