Nathanael joined ATMD as an associate in June 2008 after serving and completing pupillage with the firm.

Nathanael has assisted on a variety of matters both contentious and non-contentious work, including anti-piracy and enforcement work, IP licencing, IP litigation, assisting in advisory work in various matters involving IP, trade mark oppositions and trademark prosecution.
Professional background
Nathanael graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a LLB (Upper Second Class Honours) in 2006.
He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in May 2008.
